Jose stated that there would be three transfers into the team - 1 up top, 1 in the middle, and 1 in the back.
Several big names have entered the fold, and it seems as if the Blues are intent on winning every game.

Projected Squad
4-3-2-1
GK: Cech
FB: Ferreira, Bridge
CB: Terry, Gallas
DM: Makelele
M: Lampard, Ballack
AM: Robben, Cole
ST: Shevchenko
Subs:
Cudicini, Carvalho, Bridge, Essien, SWP, Duff, Kalou, Drogba
Though with £54 million of strikers, both will likely need to start. A 4-4-2 could be in order, but with Lampard, Ballack, Makelele already in the fold - who leaves out of Cole, Robben, Duff, SWP?
4-4-2:
GK: Cech
FB: Ferreira, Bridge
CB: Terry, Gallas
DM: Makelele
M: Lampard, Cole
AM: Ballack
ST: Shevchenko, Drobga
Subs: Carvalho, Robben, Essien, Crespo, SWP, among others.
I'd expect more deparatures - perhaps SWP out on loan, if we move to this formation.
